• The Assessment and Referral Center is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• Staffed around the clock with compassionate behavioral health care professionals accessible by phone or face-to-face

• The Meadows provides assessment, evaluation, level of care determination and referrals to community resources based on clinical need

• Assessments are free and confidential

• Appointments can be made same day

ADMISSIONS

The Center accepts referrals for all of our programs from mental health professionals, case managers, primary care physicians, human service agencies, hospital, clergy, family members, friends, and by the consumers themselves. The Meadows does not discriminate in accepting anyone because of ethnic or national origin, race, religion, disability, age or gender. We are an approved provider for most insurance companies and managed care systems. Free admission transportation available.
