Mr. Zenone born and raised in Pennsylvania is a graduate of Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA. He came to The Meadows/UCBH in June 2010 with over 14 years of experience in the financial, healthcare and hospital industries. Mr. Zenone has management experience in accounting, budgeting, cash management, claims processing, information systems and strategic planning. Mr. Zenone is dedicated to his wife and 7 children and resides in Flinton, PA. |

 Craig Richman, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Richman brings over 24 years of experience which includes his work with Outpatient services, Residential services, Geriatric services and Inpatient psychiatric services. Dr. Richman is a leader in the person-centered approach to treatment and leads the medical staff to ensure every component of care embraces the path toward recovery. Dr. Richman states "We aim to provide a safe place to begin recovery. I work to provide leadership to the medical staff and to provide competent, compassionate, professional care. Treating our patients well will ensure the mission of the hospital."

 Brenda Witt Fry,
ACBSW
Director of Business
In this role, Ms. Witt Fry develops the strategic plan for the facility and leads the business development interests by overseeing provider relations, contract negotiations, and outreach through educational opportunities in the communities that we serve. Ms Witt Fry has been with the hospital since 1988, initially spearheading Crisis Intervention Services, and has held a number of positions with the facility. Ms. Witt Fry's passion is community service work and she serves as Co-Chair for the Central PA Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. |

Ann Wayne, RN

Development
Ms. Wayne is responsible for the oversight of nursing and clinical operations including leadership of the regulatory and risk departments. She has more than 15 years in behavioral healthcare in a variety of settings. Ms. Wayne subscribes to teamwork, integrity and strives for excellence in patient care. |

 Marc Leighton
Director of Human Resources
Mr. Leighton has earned a masters of science in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and holds over 20 years experience in the Human Resources field. He brings in‐depth knowledge of Human Resources competencies including: organizational design, talent acquisition, employee relations and learning and development that will support both the current and future growth of our service continuum. |

 Jenna Moorehead, MSW
Director of Therapeutic Services
Ms. Moorehead oversees the clinical and therapeutic care of our patients. She joined The Meadows/UCBH in 2006 to work with youth in our Partial Hospitalization Services. Ms. Moorehead graduated from Ohio State University and has an education background in psychology, sociology, social work and has over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings. She demonstrates a strong commitment to mental health advocacy and providing quality care as reflected in her therapeutic approach of being strengths based and trauma informed. Recovery principles have been integrated into daily programming across campus thus empowering individuals and promoting a positive culture. |
