Please call the Centre County Can Help Line to talk to a mental health professional if you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health related crisis. We also provide mobile services to homes, schools, and hospitals.

Telephone, mobile, and walk-in crisis intervention services are provided through a collaboration with Centre County MH/ID/EI and Centre County Drug and Alcohol. Centre County Can Help is actively involved with Crisis Intervention Team and police alliance, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention – Out of the Darkness Walk; Geriatric Depression Screenings, Health and Human Services Council, Community Support Program and Warm Line. In addition to DCORT, Can Help Counselors are available to offer brief grief support and crisis debriefings. Can Help is the D&A Information and Referral Line and provides support to individuals in recovery. Centre County Can Help offers follow up to individuals who have been hospitalized to promote their recovery and reduce the risk of suicide.
